Apple Doesn't Fall Far From the Tree

The time is flying by and Ellsie is already three months! I realized (with the help of some family members who will remain nameless) that I haven't posted pictures of Ellsie in a while.

I have had so much fun with this little girl! It is funny to me how different boys and girls are even as babies. I also have come to see many similarities between me and my girl already.

#1. She is happiest when she is eating. Although she falls asleep eating which is a talent I have yet to acquire.

#2 The end of the day is not complete with out a nice warm bath. She loves a good shampooing also.

#3 She loves girl time. She is quite the talker. Her favorite subject? How beautiful she is. :)

Sister Judy Scheindlin?

During one of my many baby feedings, stuck on the couch, Ryder comes in and looks at Judge Judy on the TV.

Ryder: " Mom, you didn't tell me General Conference was on."

Last time I checked, they don't yell PAY YOUR CHILD SUPPORT AND STOP HAVING KIDS YOU IDIOT!!!! in a talk.

Sisters

Ever since Lance and I found out we were having a girl, I have been asked many times if Ellsie will be our last child. There is a very tired part of me that screams YES!!! That is, until I think of my sister. What if Ellsie never has that? Here is a little look back on Jenny and I.

This picture makes me laugh because I look like Ryder in a girl clown costume, and poor little Jenny didn't want to be the dog!

We had a great time together! I feel very blessed to have her and I am so glad we now live in the same ward. Our kids are best friends and I couldn't ask for a better sister. How can I deprive Ellsie of this? :)

Our friends invited us out for a barbeque and to ride ATV's. Thanks guys we had a fantastic time.

Zoodona!

Sedona is amazing, we took a lot of pictures. The highlight of the trip for the boys was swimming in the hotel pool. Sorry, I didn't get any pictures of that.

I think the boys were pretending they were deer or something.

I have a lot of comments about this bear but I won't mention them.

We were hoping to see a Liger, but they didn't have one.

Who doesn't love wildlife?

Everyone got to feed the giraffes some vegetables. I was even brave enough to feed a giraffe out of my mouth. However, Shelby refused to kiss me for the rest of the trip.

A few weeks ago we went up to a zoo in Camp Verde and then to Sedona. We had a great time.

Ellsie's blessing!

We had a really fun time with some of our family in town last weekend for Ellsie's blessing. Shelby found a pretty dress for Ellsie and if it was a little bit bigger she might be able to wear it for her wedding. We wish more family could have been here for the blessing. Maybe with the next four we will live closer. Just kidding honey, I know how you love Surprise. (Posted by Lance)
